Our Process
Scrap
We source high-quality scrap (HMS1, HMS 1&2, ISRI) from regions worldwide, primarily Europe. Heavy-duty cranes move incoming material, and industrial magnets transfer scrap into the furnace feed system.
Electric Induction Furnace
Scrap is charged into the induction furnace, where it is melted into molten steel. We continuously monitor the chemical composition of Carbon, Manganese, Phosphorus, Sulfur, and Silicon to ensure the resulting billets meet required standards.
CONTINUOUS CASTING (CCM)
Scrap melted in the induction furnace is processed through the Continuous Casting Machine, which precisely converts the molten material into billets for the steel-making process.
BILLET PREPARATION
Hot-rolled billets are inspected and readied as the primary raw material for rebar production. These billets move directly to the rolling line for shaping.
Rolling Mill
The hot-rolled billets are transported via conveyors to our automatic rolling mill, where they are transformed into steel rebars.
Cooling Bed
Newly rolled rebars are transferred to a 120-foot cooling bed for controlled cooling. Once cooled, bars are cut to length, by the foot or to customer specifications, then staged for bundling.
Dispatch
Before dispatch, steel rebars are carefully weighed and bundled. To ensure compliance with international standards, random testing is conducted in our in-house laboratories, with any rejected pieces promptly separated. Each bundle is then labeled with our tag, signifying it is ready for dispatch.
